As a Team, for Time:
 100 GHD Sit Ups / Hollow Hold
100 Front Squats (115/75 lbs) / Squat Hold
1000m Run (Together)
100 Burpees / Plank Hold
100 Pull Ups / Bar Hang
* Break the movements and reps up as needed
** While partner one works, partner two will hold a different movement
