Three sets of:
 Bench Press x 5 reps
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 6-8 reps each arm

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
 10 Box Jump overs
10 Overhead Alternating Reverse Lunges (75/55 lbs)
