Conditioning Strength

Three sets of:
 Deadlift x 6-8 reps each leg
Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Walk x 50 meters each arm

Rx Strength

Every two minutes, for 12 minutes:
 Power Clean + Squat Clean

Conditioning WOD

Five rounds for time:
 Run 200 Meters
12 Goblet Squats (95/65 lbs)
12 Ring Rows

Rx WOD

Five rounds for time:
 Run 200 Meters
12 Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
12 Pull Ups
