Build to a heavy single rep Thruster, then: Modified 15.4 Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of: 3 Weighted push-ups 3 Thrusters (135/95) 6 Weighted push-ups 3 Thrusters 9 Weighted push-ups 3 Thrusters 12 Weighted push-ups 6 Thrusters 15 Weighted push-ups 6 Thrusters 18 Weighted push-ups 6 Thrusters 21 Weighted push-ups 9 Thrusters Etc., adding 3 reps to the Weighted push-up each round, and 3 reps to the Thrusters every 3 rounds. SD-1 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of: 10 push presses (95/75) 10 cleans (95/75)
