3 RFT: Run 400m 10 Kettlebell Swings 32kg/20kg 10 Burpees 10 Kettlebell Swings 32kg/20kg 10 Burpees 10 Kettlebell Swings 32kg/20kg Run 400m 5 min. rest between sets Strategy: Fast runs, pick a pace for the KBS and Burpees and stick to it (perform unbroken on each, minimal rest in between), watch the timer and try to beat the prior round.
