More than ever, we need your help. The Kingdom of Bahrain needs our help. Following the decision released today by HRH the Crown Prince, we regretfully must close the gym for an initial period of one month (extendable) as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to encourage social distancing in the fight to combat the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus. Subsequent to that initial period we will reassess the situation and the government guidelines and circulars and update you accordingly.

Your health and safety is our top most priority. We have promised to make you the best version of yourselves by practicing fitness safely. The best way to ensure this during the Covid-19 pandemic is social distancing. Despite the precautionary measures taken with strict cleaning, disinfecting, and hygienic practice, we agree with the Government’s decision as there are several variables that may be out of our control. Therefore, we will continue with you on this safe fitness journey in the safety of your own homes during this period.

We will do our best to provide alternatives to you coming to the box. We will continue to post the programming on the website with “home versions” for those who do not have equipment and provide as much explanation as possible. We will be on hand to answer any questions as much as possible. Your memberships will remain frozen until we resume operation once again.

This is definitely one of the hardest things we had to do. However, it is the only way for us to guarantee your safety while we navigate these uncertain times.
