WOD “Babysitter”
Complete the following as a team400m Run
60 Box Jumps
60 Toes-to-Bar
60 Push Ups
60 V-Ups
60 Goblet Lunges per Leg
* While one partner works, the other partner holds a medicine ball (40/30 lbs)
** The Ball may not be put down but can be switched between partners
*** If the ball is dropped or placed down the team has to do 1 burpee each
**** Every 3 mins everyone needs to stop wherever they are and do 20 Synchronised Squats, then continue
