Conditioning Strength

Every minute, on the minute, for 14 minutes:
 Minute 1 – Dumbbell Push Press x 6 reps
Minute 2 – Renegade Rows x 6 reps (Push-Up, Row Left, Push-Up, Row Right)

Rx Skill

15 minutes of skill work on:
 Push Jerk / Split Jerk

Conditioning WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
 6 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
6 Burpees

Rx WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
 3 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
6 Lateral burpees
