Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Strict / Weighted Pull ups x 6-8 reps

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
 10 Burpees
10 Pull-Ups
10 Box Jumps (24'/20')
