STRENGTH Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Jerk CONDITIONING In teams of two, with partners alternating complete rounds, complete 7 rounds each of: Partner A- 6 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs) + 9 Push-Ups Partner B- Weighted Plank (45/25lbs)
