 500m Overhead Plate Walk (45/25 lbs)
100 Plate Ground-to-Overhead
50 Pull Ups*
100 Plate Squats
50 GHD Sit Ups*
100 Plate Step Ups
50 Push ups*
* One partner works while the other holds the plate
** Plate must be carried at all times
