 100 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
50 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Goblet Lunges (20/12 kg)
50 Toes-to-Bar
100 Pull Ups
50 Goblet Squats
100 GHD Sit Ups
* While Partner 1 works on the above, Partner 2 runs 200m
