WORKOUT OF THE DAY 29-NOV-2016

In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time*, complete: 100 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 Pood/1 Pood) 400 Meter Run 100 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (15 kg/ 9 kg) 400 Meter Run 100 Pull ups 400 Meter Run 100 Burpees *Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach.
