STRENGTH Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets): Hang Snatch + Snatch + Overhead Squat CONDITIONING Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of: 5 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs) 10 Box Jump-Overs SD-1 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: Partner A- 10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs) Partner B- ME Box Jumps **Score: Number of Box jumps accumulated by both partners
