STRENGTH: Power Snatch 5×3 @85% METCON: 21-15-9 Thrusters (95/65) Bar Facing Burpees **If you’re doing it as a partner wod, then the bar is shared (weights changed by partners) and burpees should be synchronized. Reps to be completed is 21-15-9 by both partners (21 each, 15 each, 9 each)
